Have you ever wanted to touch the lives of people living on another continent?

Come help us do just that! Nearly 2 million pairs of eclipse glasses need to be sorted for quality, damage, and cleanliness then packaged for shipping to South America. NWA Space invites you to take part in an event at Explore Scientific on Jan. 12th from 9am to 3pm to sort and pack glasses. Required skills: enthusiasm for astronomy and reading. We can teach you everything else you need to know in 5 minutes. 200,000 pairs of glasses have already been packed and are awaiting departure for South American schools, communities, and families to be used in a total solar eclipse on July 2, 2019 that will be visible from nearly the entire continent. The event is come and go so donate 30 minutes of your day or the whole afternoon. #100HoursOfAstronomy #IAU100
