#100HoursOfAstronomy, #IAU100

We need your help! 100 Hours of Astronomy is 100 hours of astronomy-focused events taking place around the world to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the International Astronomical Union.

NWA Space will contribute to the celebration by hosting an Eclipse Glasses Sorting Event on January 12th from 9am to 3pm.. Sorted glasses will be shipped to South America through a partnership with Astronomers Without Borders and distributed to schools, communities, and groups for use during a total solar eclipse on July 2, 2019.

We need NWA to help! The only necessary skills are enthusiasm for astronomy outreach and reading ability. Come to Explore Scientific on January 12th to help for 30 minutes or the entire day.
