ABOUT
NWA SPACE

NWA Space and Science Center is a not-for-profit organization of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) career and education focused individuals working to bring STEAM learning and experiences to the lives of everyone in our community.

NWA Space and Science Center exists because of a unique partnership of various individuals who share the same ideals and convictions to provide a safe space for all ages to engage in learning. We are funded by public and private donations, sponsorship, grants, and volunteering.

Though we are currently without a physical space to bring learning to life every day, we work endlessly to create unique experiences for human beings of all ages to learn about the past, present, and future of science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Planning is underway to obtain a physical location and begin the process of creating a Science Center that will allow the communities of NWA and visiting travelers to explore our state, our planet, this galaxy, and hopefully inspire others to take our will of learning far beyond our capabilities with their own passions and future contributions to the fields of STEAM.
